    • Materials — any text content, articles, posts, publications, images, and other intellectual property published by the Administration on the Resource.
    • Comments — text messages left by the User under publications on the Website, in the Telegram Channel, on the X Account, or on the Threads Account.

    2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    2.1. By accessing the Materials of the Resource, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement in full without any reservations.
    2.2. The use of the Resource’s services is governed by the provisions of applicable law.
